LIVING ON THE EDGE

Harriet Durham, 51, has been a crack user for the past seven years. She spends most of her time stealing and looking for money to buy drugs. Durham uses many places to smoke crack, including public parks. Here, Durham smokes beside a parking lot in downtown Toronto.
